FireBee´s main power switch:
Before switching the system on make sure it is connected to an energy source. Either the internal battery or an external power supply unit will do. Further you should have attached at least a monitor, keyboard and mouse. While mass storage devices are not necessary due to the TOS versions residing within the Flash ROM, they are definitely nice-to-have.
Switching on or off as well as a system reset is done via the push button on the right rear side.
The following functions are implemented:
For switching on press about half a second.
For switching off press about three seconds.
To trigger a reset press about half a second while the FireBee is running.
After switching the unit on a boot menu comes up displaying the choices of TOS versions which can be loaded from Flash ROM. |
